JoJo
chose us at the 2006 Pet Expo in Orange County, CA. She is the sweetest,
calmest dog, and hardly ever barks. She was a rescue, but was obviously
socialized quite well somewhere in her past. When I asked my dad for help in
finding a Japanese name for her, he said "JoJo." I said I wanted a Japanese
name and he insisted it was. When I asked what it meant, he said "hurry up."
I asked if it was spelled j-o-j-o, and he said yes. Then, two weeks later, my
mom asked why I named the dog JoJo when dad said ChoCho for butterfly. Did I
mention that my dad was 82 at the time? Whatever, I had already had tags made.
It does not matter what her name is, or means, she is just the sweetest dog
ever. And, as you can see, she loves her toys!
