Hi!
My name is Max. I am a mix between a German Shepherd and a Labrador. I
was adopted from the Human Society about two years ago. I was a stray and
brought to the Wichita Human Society. I was very underweight and in bad
condition, but since I got adopted, I now live in the country with a big
pond to swim in and 50 acres of land to roam free. My family is huge.
There are five kids always giving me a lot of attention. When I first got
to my new home, I bit my mommy when she was petting me while I was eating.
She got mad at me, but never hit me and told me that I should never do
that again. Since then I have never bit anyone else.
I now know that I am loved by a whole bunch of people and they would never
hurt me. My best friend who lives with me is Poncho, who is a mix between
a Cocker Spaniel and a Labrador. Poncho was adopted from the Humane
Society also. He had three siblings that he had to leave behind. Hopefully
they all got adopted and went to a good home. Some of my other friends are
Shy, Pie, Boots, and Jose. They are all cats, but they are really nice to
me. I love my home and my family!
