I
found Cujo Chuggie - Chuggie for short - at the Center for Animal Care and
Control in NYC, where he was staying after his stray days in The Bronx. After
two weeks of sleeping and hardly eating, his confident, loving, food driven
personality began to reveal itself. He is a very smart dog and a truly great
canine companion.
His favorite activities include chasing squirrels in Central Park and napping
under the covers. Although he is kind of a loner when it comes to hanging with
the other dogs, he has a soft spot for his canine pals at the DeWitt Clinton
dog run. Although I filled out the paper work and provided the resources to
rescue this dog, in countless ways he rescued me.
Please consider rescuing shelter animals. Their unending gratitude they show
for your intervention and love will always inspire you.
