Hello
everyone, my name is Sierra, or Sierra-The-Terror to my Mom. I live
with her and her cats. There used to be four of them. One passed away, so
now there's just three, which is plenty for me. Mom's previous dog died in
2001 and she had been looking for another dog when she found me on a local
rescue website in 2004. I was just one month shy of my first birthday when
adopted and this August will be with my family for five years. And believe
this or not, Mom and I have the same birthday!
I still run around the house at top speed and play with toys like a puppy.
Mom's friends keep asking when I'll grow out of my puppy stage. Mom just
smiles and says never! In case you can't guess, I'm pretty much totally
spoiled and get my own way. I bark at anything, especially when looking out
the front window, or when riding in the car. Mom has worked with me on that a
lot. I do okay at times, or for a while, but then revert when I see other
doggies. Mom has a bad leg, so can't walk me much at all, but takes me on
three car rides a day, which I love. All in all, I have it pretty good and
like it here a lot because I'm a very loving and loved doggie and I've even
come to like the annoying cats, especially my brother, Shadow, who follows me everywhere.
