Our
pug's name is Rupert (we figured we'd chose a silly name for a
silly-looking dog) and he is a seven-month-old pug puppy. We got Rupert from
a breeder in Auburn, Washington, but we live in Seattle.
Special doesn't even begin to describe our bundle of joy. He quickly
became a part of our family with his big personality and adorable
smooshed face. Rupert is intelligent (he knows how to sit, come, stay,
lie down, shake, roll over), but since he is still a puppy, he can be a
little stubborn unless you have some food in hand. Pugs love to eat and
our little man is no exception! Rupert is a very outgoing and friendly
pug. He enjoys going to the dog park and meeting other dogs as well as
people. He also likes playing tag and hide and seek with his sister, our
Cairn/Yorkie mix, Jasmine. But his favorite thing to do is follow mommy
around the house until she sits down, so he can sneak up onto her lap
for snuggles. We love our silly little puggy!
