Hello,
my name is Stella, I was adopted from a shelter twelve years ago.
My daddy surprised my mommy with little ole' me on Fourth of July weekend
1997. I love my naps, my long walks, and especially my car rides. I love
riding in mommy's convertible with the top down. People said that I am
aloof and like to be left alone. I wasn't always like that. I think it's
the age thing. I still like to play once in a while, but most of them
times I just like to sit and watch my surrounding. I am definitely an
outdoor winter dog. I only stay indoors during hot summer days or when
it's wet. I hate water and I definitely hate taking a bath. Luckily I
shed, so I don't really need a bath. I have my summer cut (a.k.a. a Lion
Cut) once a year to keep me cool.
My mommy and my daddy are not together anymore. I get to spend some times
with him and papa, once in a while. I miss them sometimes, but my
stepdaddy makes sure that I am happy all the times. I love my stepdaddy.
He takes me camping. I will stay at the camp ground and watch people and
their dogs all day long. Once in a while, I will bark at them, just
because I can. I get so excited when I see them packing the camping stuff!
I earned a new nickname, Happy Camper!
