I've
dreamed of having my own golden retriever since I was a little girl. At
age 25, that dream finally came true! With the help of my Mom, I got Boomer
from a terrific breeder in Georgia in 2005. I've had Boomer since he was
almost eight weeks old, and my life has been so much richer because of him! he is
now full grown, he is three years ten months old. He's chased ATV's, jumped in
pools, made lots of friends and stole lots of socks. I call him my "sock
bandit." He's been nothing but a joy in my life and he's the best companion
anyone can ask for. He's truly a blessing. When I've taken him to a local dog
park, he'd run to people instead of other dogs! He loves people. He has
endless energy and plenty of love to give! His favorite game is "tug" which is
the very first game we ever played together. He also loves to chase bunnies
and squirrels. He can also detect the unmistakable scent of chicken and cheese
from the other side of the house. And he loves to hide his toys in the couch cushions!
So here's to you Boomer! I love you Bub!
