Hi!
My dog's name is Bentley, and he is one year old. We adopted Bentley from a
friend of mine last year after our other lab, Spencer, died. It was a
heartbreaking time for my husband and me. He was our child.
Bentley bounded into our lives with these huge paws, flying fur, and enormous
energy! We were, honestly, not prepared to deal with all of this! Spencer
had been a very laid-back dog. No craziness, no barking, no chewing, no
accidents! We thought all Labs were like that, ha!
It has been a very challenging year, to say the least, but Bentley has proven
he is definitely a one-of-a-kind dog! We absolutely adore him, and he adores
us as well. He has made a total turnaround in just the past month. He has
to be right in the middle of everything we are doing. Whether it be making
dinner, running the sweeper, doing laundry, cutting grass, or doing home
improvements, Bentley has to be right there. He has brought so much joy to
our lives it is unbelievable. He is so loveable and goofy you can't not love
him! Whenever we have a bad day, all you have to do is watch Bentley being
Bentley, and you will have a smile on your face within seconds.
