Hello,
I'm Jake (also known as Mr. Wrinkles, Jakers, and Chief Snores-a-lot).
I live with my mom, dad, two sisters and six brothers. My brothers consist of
two cats, a dog, a snail, and two fish, though I usually just play with my
brother, Buddy, who is a yellow lab. My family got me from a shelter after I
was discovered wondering around the area. I love car rides, rawhides,
ankle-deep water (I won't go any deeper than that). I get daily tongue baths
from Buddy, which I don't mind.
Some people are afraid of me at first because of my appearance, but really
I'm a very sweet, gentle, slow-moving kind of guy. I couldn't chase them even
if I wanted to - I tend not to exert myself too much. They keep saying folks
should conserve energy - well, I do that already! I'm kind of an expert, in fact.
