Hello,
my name is Volltreffer, but everyone calls me Trevor. My owners tell
me that 'Volltreffer' means bull's eye in German and I guess that makes sense
since I come from a kennel out in Wisconsin named Sharpshooter's.
I am a German Shorthaired Pointer and this picture was taken a few days ago
during my nine-week old anniversary.
I love to run through fields looking for things to point... hmmm... the
smell of birds is totally intoxicating - I love it! My family also has two
human girls, ages eleven and seven, and we have a great time playing together. They
have taught me a few tricks, such as nudging a bell at the back door whenever
I have to go outside, to sit, lay down, and fetch. They tell me that I'm
really smart, bold, and that I also learn very quickly, but I'm also very
affectionate (love to cuddle with my two girls) and love to play!
Oh, and by the way, when I tire out the two girls, I get to play with the
another two-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer named Emily - she's a show dog.
