When
I was attending Blue Ridge Community College to become a Licensed
Veterinary Technician we received animals from local animal shelters so we
could further our skills and training. I never though I would fall in love so
quickly. I never knew a dog could have so much personality! He is the best
mutt in the world!!! Scooter is a Chow/Lab mix and is six years old, and we now
reside in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He always has something to say when you ask him
questions, and loves adults as well as children. He's usually smiling and his
tail is always wagging. You can never be in a bad mood when he's around.
He has his fluffy coat trimmed every six to eight weeks. His favorite
activites are helping me cook and being my taste tester. His favorite food is
macaroni and cheese. He loves playing with his brother Kaiser, a five-year-old
Pit Bull. He loves to go for car rides and meet new dogs! His most memorable
characteristic is his dark purple tongue.
I'm very lucky to have him in my life for the past five years and truly
believe now that he's Dog of the Day he will make others smile as much as I
do every single day!
