Daisy
is a six-year-old Beagle mix, who loves to sniff and bark! Recently
we got her a little sister! She wasn't happy at first but they are
starting to really get a long! Her little sister, Bella, is a one and a half year
old Beagle/Bulldog mix (a.k.a. a Bea-bull).
Daisy was saved from a unwanted litter of puppies down on a farm in
southern Ohio. She was a very spunky puppy who was always getting into
trouble, nipping my dad on the nose and ears and chewing up a pair of my
mom's shoes. As the years have passed, she has definitely calmed down!
She loves sniffing every blade of grass in the yard and chasing squirrels
up trees. Her worst enemy is the neighbor's black and white cat. She
barks and howls and carries on every time he wanders into our yard! Her
favorite food is anything edible! You can get her to do just about
anything for a cookie (dog bone). She shakes, rolls over, and even prays!
She does have a problem with the command "come." She is pretty
independent, but when bedtime comes, she loves to snuggle. She turned out
to be a really great dog after all. She's loyal, friendly, and quite a
looker as well.
