A
sleek black lab with a beautiful shiny coat of fur over a model-like body
that is impressive to see in action, this describes our one and only
wonderful dog, Shadow. She lives up to her name as she is always by your side
with her ball ready to play. She is two years old and lives in Oswego, New
York with her owners that she adores. They recently moved into a house with a
huge backyard covered with grass for her to play catch with her ball or jump
for her Frisbee.
She loves Lake Ontario and swims far to fetch a thrown toy and retrieve it to
the shore. A real treat for her is going out on watercraft. In winter she
romps thru the snow with joy. She greets you at the door while carrying your
shoe as a gift. Shadow gives kisses for food and just loves whatever her mom
cooks for her. Her bark is threatening while her tail wags for everything and
everyone. She is an excellent watch dog keeping the wildlife at a distance.
Shadow loves visitors and will make you feel welcome whether human or canine.
When her grandpa stays she is right beside him ball in mouth always ready to
play. She will wear a person out and they should have a canine baseball team
for her join.
When she moved into the house on the other end of town she left her
boyfriend, Oreo behind. Hopefully he will visit more often. It just isn't the
same life without him.
