Jiang is special, because she is super protective of me, and when she
is cold, she uses the tip of her tail to cover her nose for warmth.
She loves to snuggle in the winter, and always tries to poke her nose into
spots to keep from getting cold. She growls a lot, but they are not angry
growls, more like trying to have a chat kind of growls. She loves playing
fetch. I always have to use two balls, and if she manages to get hold of
both of them, then our time in the park becomes longer than planned.
Her blood line is mostly Taiwanese Tu Gou. These dogs were bred by the
Taiwanese Aboriginal people as hunting dogs, so she is very agile, active
and always ready to "hunt". Little kitties beware ... She was found in the
mountains in Central Taiwan just over four years ago. She has been with me
and my girlfriend for almost two years now. I have had dogs all my life, but
this one is truly special.
