I
love my dog because she is really funny. She loves to chase birds or mostly
anything that flies. She climbs on our patio furniture for reasons I don't
know why. She is fun to play with (tug of war, and chase) She could run for
days. Loves the water because we live by a beach and I take her down there so
she can burn some energy even though she is pretty crazy.
Journey is still a puppy at seventeen months, so she's got the typical puppy
personality. For example she will, chew anything up in her path and be very
adventurous/curious. We named her Journey because when we got her all she did
was sniff around and always seemed to be on a journey. Most people think we
named her after the band!
My li'l brother and I have discussed about if dogs were able to play with
electronics, Journey's favorite APP game on the Ipad would have to be angry
birds. But really her favorite games to play would probably be chase or tug
of war. As you can see the second picture is her on our patio table. She was
able to figure out how to climb onto the table without our help. We swear
she's a crazy girl. Journey is very vocal towards other dogs. We used to live
in Colorado, USA which she had a great big backyard to run around in. When we
moved to Vancouver we live in a little duel complex so now we just tie her to
the porch because otherwise she will just run. Huskies are meant to go, go,
go! So Journey is definitely built to run. She doesn't do very well with
small dogs (smaller than her size) we say she's kind of a bully but not
really. She just gets too rough when she plays with small dogs because she
doesn't realize how big she actually is. We had her in training classes in
the beginning of February through the end of March so there were other dogs
in her class, which she did really well in. Now in Vancouver we take her to a
kennel that has doggy day care so she can play with other dogs and so far we
haven't gotten any "negative feedback," so that's good. We love her!
