We
adopted Murphy from a local shelter. We think Murphy was four years old
when we adopted him and brought into the family in 2008. Since he was at a
shelter, we really don’t know his age for sure. When we went to look at him,
he was laying there. Little did I suspect that he was just tired that day. He
has since been a bundle of energy.
My wife and I have two other dogs, so all of us go for a walk daily to
socialize the dogs, and give my wife and I a chance to connect. Whenever I am
working in the yard, Murphy likes to play fetch, dropping the ball right in
front of me so I can toss it again. He loves to chase the kids and I when we
go sledding. Murphy also drools a lot when it is his meal time.
I am glad we adopted Murphy. He has really brightened my world.
