This is
Lucy, she is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Lucy came to
me about a year and a half ago. She was a stray found in Albany, New York. My
best friend was the one that got word of her and knew I wanted a puppy so
Lucy and I met and I fell in love instantly. Her beautiful big ears
haven't always stood up straight. They were little floppy ones when I met
her, then over time one would stick up and the other would flop and then
they switched. Now both stick straight up in the air as you can see.
She is my companion and comes everywhere with me. She loves me
unconditionally and even though she was a stray so we aren't sure what
happened to her in the past, she trusts me and is always happy to see me.
She loves playing with other dogs so I love taking her on puppy play dates
or to the park. She is one of the sweetest, kindest, most loving dogs any
one could ever ask for. One of her characteristics that I love is that her
eyes are a hazel color ... they are beautiful! She is just an over all
great dog and I'm blessed that I was the one that got to have her :)!
