Willow
is a happy, bouncy door knob. She lives with me my family and her cat
brother Sebastian (Bengal cat). She is special to me because she is well, my
dog and I love her with every little bit of my being. Every dog is special in
her own way and to other people. She gets into trouble a lot with the family
and with the cat. She still sometimes piddles on the floor and she breaks
things and pesters the cat non stop, but Willow is one of the happiest dogs
I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.
On June 15th we drove about four hours to the Ottawa valley where my family
lives and we found out that somebody was trying to sell a puppy to a good
home. Our dog Piper had died a month before and we where missing having a
dog. We contacted the people and they set a time and place to go meet them to
see the dog. The first time I saw Willow I was so happy I nearly started to
cry. She was perfect, just the kind of dog I was looking for.
We already had two cats at home but adding a dog? "Why not," I thought, "I
mean my older tom cat was used to dogs and we where sure the kitten would be
okay with it." But the puppy kept pestering the kitten so we ended up finding
the poor kitten a new home. They were so close in age, we were worried Willow
would seriously hurt him, so he is in a quieter home now. But to this day we
still have our little Willow and Sebastian and they have became good friends.
They do bicker some times, but we love them both!
