Happy
birthday, Lambeau! Today is his 4th birthday! Lambeau, also know as
Lam-bee, Chewbacca, and Spazmanoid is our special guest while my sister's
family is stationed overseas. Known to protect the house from random noises,
be they real or imaginary, Lambeau is a curly-haired, force to be reckoned
with Maltese, Brussels Griffon mix. His best fur-buddy (besides his brother
Cocoa), is our neighbor's dog, Dexter, an American Pitbull ten times his size,
who follows Lambeau everywhere. He knows that Lambeau knows where the best
things are to roll in and chew on.
Lambeau loves to cuddle and give kisses, finding any excuse to curl up close
with his humans. He'll wait until they're almost done eating their meal, out
of consideration. He loves to play fetch with his ball and the socks that he
claimed as his own. Even if it takes him a few minutes to figure out his
humans didn't actually throw anything for him to fetch. He'll eventually
retaliate by running around the furniture and not letting them get a chance
to take the toy again.
He's the neighborhood sweetheart that all the kids spoil with human food and
pets. He's The Lambanoid, our favorite little bearded furball. He's such a
poser for the camera! As long as treats and pets are involved, of course!
