I
am Zack, I am eight years old, and I am a Newfoundland. I live in Scotland.
I am as they say, a real gentle giant. I love my two kitties and everyone I meet love me.
Zack is special to us because he is the most loving dog you could meet. Young
children call him Big Bear because he is just a big cuddly teddy bear except
for he's too soft. He's the ideal dog for families and older people as he is
so gentle and doesn't need loads of exercise. He loves just going on long
leisurely walks. He's not a jumpy, runny dog as he is around fourteen stone
in weight (89 kg, 196 pounds) so you can understand why! When we went to chose him we just fell
in love with him as his character is just so loving and all he wants to do is please.
Yes he is the first Newfie we have owned and he is the best, he is so loving
and friendly I would trust him with my life. He is eight and in all those
years we have never heard him growl. His favorite toy is a giant teddy my
grandson bought him five years ago, we couldn't ever throw it away as he
loves it (but it does get washed from time to time). So to sum up Zack all I
can say is I wish you could meet him. Zack, as you are my pride and joy, we
love you so much.
