This
is Tilly, a lovely, sweet Airedale Terrier. I have owned and been owned
by Airedales for many years but Tilly was our heart dog, she was so beautiful
and also smart. She could open doors (which was not always good) and do many
tricks crawl, roll over and the usual sit and shake a paw. But most of all,
she loved every person she ever met. She also kept our yard free of squirrels
and although she didn't mind robins she did not tolerate those sneaky
blackbirds in her yard. Sadly we lost her this spring to heart failure and
our yard is empty as are our hearts, and those darn squirrels are back.
