My
name is Suzie and I am Alpha dog in my family. I have been through
obedience classes twice and I do exactly what they tell me to do in class.
It's fun to do it there! But at home, I do exactly what I choose to do, like
when mom wants to to come and go back in the house. I want to stay outside so
I pretend I don't hear her. I'm getting better though because I want to
please my mom and dad. They went from Alabama to Illinois to get me, thus, my
name, Oh, Suzannah... because they came from Alabama! No banjo though!
I love to take walks and my favorite time of day is in the evening when we
have happy hour. I get treats of cheese and little sausages and show them how
obedient I really am. Daddy has taught me to say please and mom taught me to
sit politely before I get a treat. I love everybody and I expect everybody to
love me back. Most everybody does, especially the check-out lady at Lowe's
who always gives me treats. I have a wonderful life here in the wooded hills
and the lake. I love to be in the out of doors, laying in the grass and
basking in the sun, sniffing for whatever has been on my property and looking
for chipmunks! It's rough life but somebody has to do it!
