Luka
Del Rio is extremely athletic and smart, even for a young dog. Knows
more words than I can count! He also knows cell phone rings and knows who is
calling! He is just an amazing dog!
Luka is a very happy, affectionate dog! He is extremely sociable, and loves
people and other dogs! We can't take him anywhere without him wanting to
greet everyone! Loves little kids! Always wants to kiss them!
Luka loves to walk, camp, hike and most of all, play. His favorite games are
tug and anything that involves chasing something. He also has an amazing
nose! We play "find it" in the yard with his toys. We hide them, and then
tell him to find them, and he can follow our tracks and find his toys within seconds!
Luka loves going to school! He has obtained his Canine Good Citizen
designation, and continues to excel at obedience. He is also training to do
agility and loves to run and jump! Our last dog was a Tervuren mix we adopted
from the Humane Society. He lived to be almost fifteen before he passed.
Luka came from a farm in the Florida panhandle, and has numerous brothers, sisters, and cousins all over Florida and the United States.
