e adopted Hunter five years ago when he was just a few months old. He was born and raised in Georgia for the first few months of his life, but he had been very abused in his previous home. Somebody eventually found out about his conditions and he was rescued and placed in a foster home. We contacted a foster home for dogs that was based in New Hampshire, and that was the one that Hunter was brought to. They sent us pictures of the dogs that were currently living with them, and as soon as we saw the pictures, we knew he was perfect and that he was meant to be in our family.
He is a Labrador mix, but from his coloring, obviously has some hound in him as well. So do not let those sad brown eyes fool you, he is a happy, loved boy now, and has been for a while.
