Charli
is the sweetest little boy. We rescued him from an animal shelter
after his old owners had a fire in their house and had to move to an
apartment that did not allow pets. Although his official name is Charli, we
usually call him Boosh Boosh (pronounced Bouj Bouj) and refer to him as The
Boosh Boosh.
He is a city dog, but he loves going to the park, chasing squirrels and
pigeons, and taking weekend trips to the Berkshires. When Charli wants food,
he stands on his back legs and crosses his front paws. He is quite the
hunter- he does not understand that squirrels can run up trees, so when he
chases them and they do, he just keeps running in the same direction. Charli
often sits in front of the window and waits for airplanes to go by so he can
bark at them. We believe that his best feature is his ears. We make sure
groomers do not trim them too short. He is also very brave- the only things
he is afraid of are motorcycles, fire (understandably), and balloons. Charli
is the cutest baby we could ever ask for.
