This is Hugo - he is a Jack Russell terrier/pug mix, so we say he's a "Jug" for short. Do not let the wrinkly forehead fool you, he is not that worried, that's just the pug side of his gene pool showing through!
Because Hugo is a mix, he has a longer, more normal snout instead of the "flat" face of a pug, so he does not have any of the breathing issues that can cause.
He is still a growing boy, and of course is as cute as can be. But that is not why he is most special! Hugo Is my 7-year-old daughter Ellie-May's best friend.
They go everywhere together, and have already formed quite a strong bond. It makes me smile to see it every day!
