Christmas is a two-year-old Dachshund who is my show dog. I am 13 years old. He got his name due to the fact he was born on December 25th, but we mostly call him Chris.
He is the most well-behaved dog we've ever had and ever met! He is trained with only clicker training and positive methods. Those are the only ways we ever train our dogs. He knows sit, stay, spin around, come, get your bone, leave it, heel, and some other things! In the future I will probably work on heelwork to music with him and obedience competitions. I want to get him his Canine Good Citizen title!
Chris is in heaven when he is with another dogs. Chris loves to run around and make new doggy friends on his twice daily walks! He also loves kids and has never met a stranger before. He is the perfect family dog, and we're so glad we get to call him ours! Our family is so much happier with this goofy, loving boy around our home!
