My name is Sarah, and I am eight years old, and my dog Sadie came to me and my family in September 2017. Sadie is a chocolate mini Australian labradoodle and her ancestors actually came from Australia!
Sadie is sweet and energetic, silly and cute, and very naughty sometimes. I always wished to have a dog, but I am allergic to the undercoat of dogs and I never thought I would be able to get one. I was overjoyed when I got Sadie! She is hypoallergenic.
Sadie loves to play and have fun. She especially loves to play in the snow, and it snows a lot here. Everything goes into Sadie's mouth- socks, pants, skirts, shirts, gloves, mittens and sometimes even fingers and toes. Everything!
Sadie also thinks she is human. She wants to do human things like eat human food. For example, she likes to get a puppy whip at the Starbucks by our house (a puppy whip is actually whipped cream in a cup).
She also likes to pretend to drive a car, be a lookout guard, and walk a dog (which most of the time she doesn't think she is). She likes to listen to me practice the violin. Now that I have Sadie I like practicing more. She loves to eat peanut butter and cheese. Another thing Sadie loves to do is snuggle. Whenever she isn't full of puppy energy she wants to snuggle. Usually Sadie is super calm.
Sadie loves to play fetch with her rope. She also loves playing with my grandmother's dog Charlie who lives close to us and has the same dad but a different mom. Sadie may be a lot of work, but she is worth it.
My family and I love Sadie very much and she loves us the same!
Here is a video of Sadie fetching when she was only three months old!
