This is Skylar. She was rescued as a small puppy. The shelter believed her to be a mix of a few different large breeds. Obviously that was not the case! She is full grown at about 15 pounds. We have no idea what breed she is but we love to hear the guesses people have. She is the most snuggly dog I have ever met and she sleeps at least 21 hours a day. Her favorite spots are either snuggled in a comfy blanket in her dog bed or out on the reclining chair on the patio, right where the sun hits it. At bedtime she has to snuggle in between me and my boyfriend, aka "her humans," and make sure she is touching both of us at all times. Although she sometimes tries to push me off the bed!
Skylar loves burrowing under blankets and she is the queen of kisses. She gives the best greetings when we walk in the front door. She is scared of pretty much everything - including the wind. She also prefers to be around humans as opposed to other dogs. At a dog park you'll more than likely see her either hiding behind us or in the corner digging a hole by herself. She is just the sweetest though. Everyone that meets her says how sweet and well-behaved she is. We just love her beyond words and we can't imagine what our lives would be like without her.
