Sir Roscoe is as noble as he looks! We're going on two months together and every single morning I wake up and tell him how much I love him! All around me I have seen how dogs have had a positive impact on my parents, brother, friends, and family. I was always jealous of the relationships that they shared with their dogs. One day I just decided that there was no reason why I couldn't create the same type of relationship.
In February I slowly started my search for my perfect companion. Bostons were at the top of my list, but I was definitely keeping my options open. I applied for a couple of rescue dogs, but started to get antsy. I read a positing in the paper for two Boston' that were left in a litter and needed a home as soon as possible. I drove an hour to meet the boy and girl, with the idea to fully immerse myself in finding a puppy. At the first meeting, I knew Roscoe was the one; he ran up to me and wouldn't stop licking me. At the initial meeting I knew he would be coming home with me.
I am obsessed with Sir Roscoe! This year will be our first Mother's Day together and I couldn't be more excited to share it with him! Every chance I get, I have Roscoe accompany me. A month after living together, I brought him to his first outdoor patio for happy hour. Since then, he has become a staple at local outdoor patios. Roscoe also looks forward to coming to both the bank and the liquor store (where they're always prepared with treats!). On the weekends, I work at a local boutique that allows him to work with me. The customers definitely enjoy his company and even ask for him when he's not there! I attached a picture of him asleep on my handbag after a long day of selling.
With the start of the summer, Roscoe has just started to find some of his favorite spots in my condo – all the places where the sun shines in. As much as he loves socializing and being active, he also loves his down time. During his downtime, if he isn't snuggling with me, he's snuggling with his favorite bunny rabbit, big greenie, or crazy santa claus. I love him very much,
