This is Flash, my handsome Golden retriever. He's calm and mellow indoors but his favorite thing is playing outside when the sun is out. He's ALWAYS smiling when the sun is out. I call him my country boy because I got him from some hillbillies in Sweet Springs, Missouri when he was two years old. That and he just is like a little boy in the country - he loves to swim and roll around in the mud. Anything outdoors!
My other dog Zero is the opposite, he's my city boy, which is funny because his black fur wouldn't show mud nearly as obviously as Flash's golden fur does. Otherwise, as you can see, they look a lot alike! Flash lets me dress him up and take pictures. He's such a sweet boy. Flash is almost six years old now. Flash is very sweet, affectionate, but also independent. He's a mellow boy and I love him very much.
