Baxter is special because, while his pictures may not show it, he is a cheerful, energetic and freindly boy. In fact, Baxter is the world's friendliest dog! He loves people of all ages, especially children. When our grandchildren come over, we tell him, "The babies are coming." and he will wait at the door until they arrive. When they do, he jumps and whines until they are in the house.
It is not just us and our grandchildren, either - anyone can pet him, hold him, and of course feed him. He knows numerous tricks and is always up for a ride in the truck. People laugh at him because he stands up and looks out the back sliding window of the truck. He seems sure that window was put there just for him! He is all around a great dog.
