This is Charlie. He's eight years old and a mix between a German Shepherd, a
retriever, and something else. Basically, he's a good ole Mutt and we love
him.
Charlie is an outstanding dog. He loves to chase squirrels and run around the house barking at us. He knows how to play hide and go seek, and loves to find you. He also absolutely loves treats and would do just about anything to get one. He's spoiled and likes to sleep in bed with me. If the door to my room is closed, he will huff and have a low bark, bang his head into the door and scratch five times to let you know he wants in.
We found him in my horseback riding trainer's barn in a litter with eight other pups. He was the runt, but I immediately pleaded that we have him. He's the only male left, and he's the largest of all of his brothers and sisters. Our family believes he is a human trapped in a dog's body. We often treat him as such. With his height, he is able to rest his head on our dinner table and watch us with anticipation. We love him and would give the world for him.
