MMrco was adopted from a foster family in North Carolina. His first name was Goofy because the people who rescued him thought he was silly but the foster family liked the name Marco.
Our first dog was thirteen when he died and we adopted Marco several months later because we missed having a dog in our home. Marco might be a Pit Bull mix but his breed did not dissuade us. He is affectionate and loyal. He loves to meet new people and gives kisses to everyone.
Marco makes us laugh sometimes because he howls like a Beagle so sometimes we call him Woo Woo. Marco loves swinging his rope toys and loves giving kisses and he is snuggly. He knows some tricks and can shake, roll over, and sit pretty. He loves to play tug of war with his rope toys and is very strong.
He is a great companion and meets us at the door when we come home from school.
We love our Marco and Marco loves us too.
