Kiko was adopted in 2016, we aren't quite sure of her age she was likely about two years old when we got her. She was pulled from a high kill shelter in New Mexico, where she was found as a stray. So we really have no idea of her background, but she has a great temperament. My friend fostered her, I was looking for a dog who loves kids and she seemed like a good match. We took her home for a night to see how she fit in and well she never left. She loves people and other dogs. Maybe a bit too much for people, as there is never enough attention for Kiko, she wants it all.
We did Embark which said she was almost half heeler, then a mix of several other breeds. She loves being anywhere you are, she's a great hiker, the only dog of mine I trust off leash. She's always up for any adventure and to try to learn new things like agility. She would play fetch all day if we let her. Kiko is special because she's an amazing dog.
