His name is Bear, and he is a five-year-old Samoyed/Border Collie mix - which means fluffy and fluffy mixed together! In hot weather he likes to lay on the cool tiles in the kitchen, as flat as he can get. We call that is ‘Bear-skin rug” impression.
His fluff is so soft, and he does not mind getting brushed, which we like to do outside, weather permitting. We figure the birds in the neighborhood grow up in very soft lined nexst. He is a sweetheart, and loves to run and play, though he does not really "fetch" - in fact sometimes when we threw a ball for him when he was younger, we ended up having to go get it ourselves, as he had no interest in it. But that's okay, leave that to the Labradors! He is handsome, cuddly, dear friend and member of the family.
