Tobie is our little boy. He's a two-year-old Shih Tzu, and the younger of our dogs. What makes Tobie special? Tobie is the runt of the litter. He also has a little bit of a lazy eye and when you look at him, his eyes get big and are just the cutest things in the world. They could melt the hardest heart, we swear!
Tobie is so much fun, he is active and always up for playtime. He also has an abnormally long tongue for a dog his size and just loves to show his appreciation for his owner by giving tons of kisses. He's always a happy pooch and you can even see him smiling!
