Ladybug is a rescue girl. We were told she is an Italian Greyhound and Chihuahua mix. It certainly bears out in her behavior, as despite her more Chihuahua looks, she is faster than a speeding bullet given the space to run. She jumps like a deer, and is every inch a sight hound - she can spot the letter carrier three blocks away.
She is a busy girl, and those giant ears miss nothing - not an approaching visitor, or the crinkle of a treat bag. Her brindle coat is so unique we get comments wherever she goes. She is a great dog, a big personality in a compact package. She gets along fine with her big brother Panda, a Pomeranian two years her senior, so they are quite the study in contrast visually! We love her very much.
