I proudly introduce Bailey. Bailey is worthy of this honor because she is brave, cute, and incredibly small. Hailing originally from Beijing, Bailey now resides in Washington, DC, where she lives with her mom who is a very talented PhD student. Bailey is so small that she was turned away from the Ratscallions, a famous DC social and professional club that trains dogs to hunt rats. Her actual breed is unknown.
She loves going on (short) walks, climbing up her mom's body, and making new friends. She is also great at traveling on planes! Because she is so small, as you can see, she happily fits in a tote bag!
