Jarvis
is special because whenever he hears a siren like that of a police
car or an ambulance he will sit down and start howling no matter where he
is at that time. Perhaps he knows somewhere in his brain that his Dalmatian
ancestors were originally coach dogs, and ran alongside horse-drawn fire engines!
He is my first Dalmatian and I rescued him when his last owners couldn't
keep him anymore. He loves getting attention, food, and hugs. The only
tricks he known are sit, lie down, paw, and other paw. He loves playing
with sticks he finds in the forest and is a very affectionate dog. I love him a lot.
