Sammy
is is a Bolonka Zwetna (Bolongneser). For people who have not
heard of them, Bolonka refers to small breeds of dog that are a Bichon
type, originally from Russia, developed from the Bichon Frisé and
further developed here in Germany. They include the Franzuskaya
Bolonka and the Bolonka Zwetnaya. Franzuskaya means French, Zwetnaya -
like Sammy's kind - means multicolored, and Bolonka translates as
"Bolognese" in a number of Slavic languages.
He is a very smart dog. He knows how to get you wrapped around his
finger. In the garden he cannot be tamed, he is very small but nimble.
And he is so special, he can make sure you go first to the house if he
wants. He has the upper hand.
Sammy has a real bear's face. His big eyes and his little nose are
just as sweet as sugar. Furthmore his charm makes him very special, he
is quite a sly fox in some thing. He is a very playful dog. If he is
in the house, nothing is safe anymore. Sammy is so naughty he'll be
sitting in front of his toys and watching with his big eyes, longing
until you play with him.
If we pass a meadow while walking, he leaves everything behind him to
just go ... He's a power package, and he gets never enough, he could
easily compete with a sled dog. He is so special, he is so active and
fit that you would not believe it when you see him. The thing that
makes him the most special is he will put up with anything, for
