Lamina was rescued by Animal Services from the streets of Oakland,
California. From there a rescue organization called Hopalong took her in
and put her in foster care. We came along after seeing her picture on
their site in September to adopt this little lady. She is approximately
2-4 years old.
We would like to know her previous story. She didn't seem to have much
training or social skills, but today she enjoys her walks, meeting other
small dogs, and going to the dog park. She absolutely loves running on
the beach at the Pacific Ocean. And boy, does she have personality! She
loves her food - she makes sure we remember her morning and evening
meals by getting in front of us to remind us at the exact time each day.
We decided to adopt this little fur person a year and a half after our
beloved poodle passed away. We wanted a doggie who was totally different
and that has been the case. Pamina also loves to snuggle as much as she
likes to play with us, and with her toys. She is much loved and we are
so happy we took the leap to adopt her.
