First of all, on the 24th my little girl turned one year old - so Happy Birthday, my sweet little crazy potato! Holly is special in every way, she is an incredibly sweet and giving dog, gentle and empathic. She demands you learn to control yourself and just brings out the best in everyone with her outgoing, fun-loving nature.
I always like to say there are two hearts within this dog, one being the kind, obedient girl and the other the crazy princess. She will herd family and friends with passion and heel you like you're the fluffiest of sheep. She loves to destroy things and pretty much nothing is safe from her teeth of destruction, once she gets ahold of something. She will eat mice and run around like an absolute nutjob, but then she will also be this sweet, brave, cuddly friend whenever you need her, sharing her unspoiled affection gladly and without asking anything in return.
Every dog sure is special and every dog is the most precious and most beloved creature to their owner and it's no different with Holly and me. Whenever I saw her for the first time, barely a day old, a brown little mole that wiggled and whimpered she owned my heart and she'll own it until the very last day of her life. She is willing to share her life with me and I'll be forever grateful for that.
