My dog is special because he is kind to everyone, and when you are hurt he will not leave your side until you're okay and feeling better.
He is my first ever Schipperke. I found Alixsa at the pound when he was eight months old and he was about to be put down, and I couldn't let that happen. He is a perfectly good example for people who do not think purebred dogs can be found in shelters - just looking at him, you know he is 100% Schipperke.
Alixsa is very active and playful, but caring at the same time. Alixsa can sit, lay down, dance, and speak. His favorite game is pool catch, which is when I throw a toy into the pool and he fetches it. He is very affectionate but independent at the same time. He is extremly vocal. If you sing, he likes to sing with you. He is best friends with my cat, Birky, which is cute. I love him very much!
