Hii, my name is Fly and my owners think I am the best dog ever! I was patiently waiting at the Humane Society for them, and they finally arrived to take me home. Hooray!
I like to spend my days sleeping on my owners' bed when they think I have been sleeping on my bed, anxiously awaiting their return home from work! I can't wait until we have finished our dinner so that we can go for our walk! Sometimes I have to show them where the leash is hanging because they are not as clever as me and are more forgetful, so they don't always remember that it's walk time. How could you forget such an important part of the day?
As you can see in my picture, I also love boating. We got a little fishing boat this summer and I am the Captain! I like to stand at the bow, but I used to have to balance on the rim of the boat on 3 legs because there wasn't a bench at the front for me to stand on. My owner built a little platform for me at the front of the boat, so I can hardly wait to try it out! He is always looking out for my best interests.
I am also going to school. I am really smart so the school is actually more to make my owners smarter than me, but don't tell them that because it might hurt their feelings. I love school … I have lots of new friends and I really like the homework because it involves lots of really great treats and praise. It makes me feel good about myself too!
