Hi, my name is Barkley, and I'm the "paw"-fect pet! I'm a shep/lab who's ten years young and I live with my family in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, in the good ol' USA. My mommy rescued me from a shelter when I was eight weeks old. I love to play with my little brother Rufus, who's also a Shepherd/Lab and my cousins, also labs, that live on my Aunt Kathy's farm in New York.
Snow is my favorite thing; I could roll in it for hours! Mommy is especially proud of my singing. She helps me tune up in the morning. Together we sing a pretty good duet. I even sing for guests when I'm in the mood. My mommy and Daddy are going to have a baby in August! Rufus and I are very excited! Baby cries make me nervous so mommy says we can practice with a tape. I'll get to chew a rawhide bone ... yummy! while I hear the tape of baby cries. Mommy says this will help me to relax. I think it's a great way to get a bone!
