This is Katana. He is a 1 1/2 year old Red Border Collie. He lives for his walks in the forest twice a day. He is a very sweet dog who loves everything and everyone. We are lucky to have him in our lives. Katana's birthday is July 13, but he's still very much a puppy. He is such a joy.
Katana is our first border collie and is a Covid pup. We lost our sheltie the year before and being retired, he and I are BFFs. We go for our daily walks on the forest trails here in Ontario and he loves running wild through the woods, but not too far as to not see me at all times. He has his favourite small soccer ball he loves to chase on the trail also Katana is the total opposite of our previous dog Keen. Katana craves attention and has never been aggressive towards and people or other dogs regardless of size. He always has to be near you in the house and loves being petted, just not brushed lol. His friend in our house is a miniature bunny that my wife bought shortly before we got Katana. Sounds strange but they seem to really love each other. Katana also loves swimming in the lake, creek, pond, puddle etc. whatever he can get into. He's been a shining light our lives and keeps us entertained most of the time and keeps me active outside.
