We
have four dogs and they are all special, but I wanted to nominate our
Sparky because he is the prettiest. His personality is like a little General
amongst the other dogs. He was a dog that my friend found on Craigslist about
six years ago. I was looking for a male dog to breed with my other brown and
white cocker and he would have been perfect, except she treated him like a
brother and wouldn't let him near her. Too bad because they would have had
beautiful puppies.
After a while when it was obvious she was having no part of him as a mate, we
had him neutered. My daughter died in July of 2010 and we are now raising her
kids. When they came here, my grand-daughter bonded with Sparky quickly and
she took an obedience class with him and used him in one of her 6th grade
projects at school. This helped her make friends also I think. We love him so
much and there isn't a day that goes by that he doesn't do something that
makes at least one of us laugh.
