Christmas from Toby, the sweetest Pit Bull puppy on the planet. He
belongs to my college student granddaughter and has been staying with me for
two months. Of course I have fallen totally in love with him. He doesn't have a
bad bone in his sweet body. He has taken daily abuse from my two "territorial
terriers" (see photo below of a rare moment of solitude by all three) and
just comes back for more attempts to coax them into playing with him!
Toby is 50+ pounds of pure energy. He has re-arranged the furniture and couch
cushions many times and could play all day long at the dog park. He can
destroy a toy in fifteen minutes to get to the squeaker! But he has never chewed
on anything that isn't a toy. He gets along with all dogs and kids and has
only tried to kill the vacuum. Toby exemplifies the the following about Pit
Bulls: born to love, (sadly in some cases) trained to fight. Love you, Toby.
