Daisy
is our Canine Guardian Angel and here is why...
We got Daisy because our old dog Floyd was getting very old and our other dog
Flora needed a companion before we lost Floyd. We adopted Daisy as a pound
puppy, although she was around one to two years old. She and Flora became fast
friends and companions and over the years happily played together. Floyd did
go to Doggie heaven a few years back, but sadly this year Flora passed away
suddenly. It was a shock. Then sadly again, very recently our Sweet Cat Lily
had to be put down. She was only five years old, but her kidneys had failed.
We have just adopted a black kitten, Taboo, and Daisy, well, she has been
very sweet to our new kitten and hasn't left our sides either. It's like she
knows all we have been through and we give her extra pets and belly rubs too!
She's so gentle with our new kitten. She is a very gentle dog all around.
She's been a great comfort and she is a loving supportive family dog. We are
lucky to call her one of our fur babies! We love you Miss Daisy! Oh, just a
quick note! We believe she is part Keeshond and part Golden Retriever as she
can be a total puffball in the winter!
